The RISE Program is an 8-week mind-body holistic healing program designed for people living with non-structural neuroplastic pain who are ready to rewire pain, process emotional pain, connect with their inner being and RISE upwards into a life that never seemed possible — one of inner peace and self-love. This program, whether taken in a group context or in 1-on-1 sessions, gently guides you to calm your nervous system, retrain your brain’s pain pathways, to process and release stored emotional build-up, and rediscover the you underneath the pain. This program is for anyone ready to move beyond symptom management and begin the path toward lasting recovery and freedom from chronic neuroplastic pain.

 Introducing Mind-Body Neuroplasticity Healing Techniques

An evidence-based, neuroplasticity-focused group program of eight weekly 2-hour live group coaching sessions that is educational, explorative, and deeply healing.

  • People living with non-structural, neuroplastic pain who are ready to explore science-backed approaches like Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), emotional processing (EAET), and mind-body-soul healing.
  • Those experiencing ongoing pain and symptoms without clear answers, who feel stuck in cycles of suffering, and who want a holistic healing path forward.
  • Individuals not currently enrolled in another chronic illness program or undergoing interventional treatments (such as injections, nerve blocks, or neuromodulation), as committing to multiple approaches at once can feel overwhelming.
